Hope Rowe, 32 (30.12.91), of Piazza Walk E1, is scheduled to appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court this morning. She is accused of killing another woman in Tower Hamlets. In addition, she faces charges related to possessing a weapon.
Police were called to a block of apartments in Duckett Street, E1, at around 01:17 on Sunday, September 15, regarding reports of a woman who had been stabbed.
Although the woman was declared dead at the scene, London Ambulance Service also responded.
Police are certain she is Charlotte Lawler, who was 31 years old, even though official identification is still pending.

The next of kin have been notified and are still receiving assistance from officers with specialized training.
After being detained on suspicion of aiding an offender. A 37-year-old man was later freed on bond.
At the address, a crime scene is still in place and investigations into the circumstances are still ongoing.
