Civil aviation minister Badri Pandey, the pilot of a Saurya Airlines aircraft that crashed at Kathmandu airport in Nepal most likely survived because the cockpit got stuck on a container.
The cockpit of the tiny aircraft was discovered lodged inside a container that it had struck near the edge of Tribhuvan International Airport.
After the crash, Captain Manish Ratna Shakya was pulled from the cockpit. He sustained facial and head injuries, and surgery is anticipated to fix his broken backbones.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal explained that “the aircraft veered off to the right and crashed on the east side of the runway shortly after takeoff from runway 2.”
While the exact cause of the crash is unidentified. experts who have examined the video footage have speculated that it might have been the result of “climb failure,” which means the plane was unable to gain altitude as it attempted to take off.
“Climb failure” can occur for several reasons. Such as engine failure, inaccurate weight calculation during pre-technical problems, flight planning, or maybe pilot error.
